Viola S. Ahrensfeld, born and raised in Cologne, is a designer and design researcher currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Bauhaus University Weimar. Her research interests focus on how design and technologies help shape human existence and social worlds, and the related ethical issues of design as a practice of the everyday.
